To join our SMS text messaging program, you must affirmatively opt in. You can do this by:
Checking the opt-in box during registration or account setup.
Responding to an invitation to join by texting a designated keyword to our short code or phone number.
Signing an agreement indicating your consent.
3. Message Frequency
The number of messages you receive may vary depending on your preferences and activity. We typically send 2 messages per week. Synergy Real Estate Group reserves the right to alter the frequency of the messages at any time to increase or decrease the total number of messages. Synergy Real Estate Group and carriers are not liable for delays or undelivered messages.
4. Standard Messaging Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Please consult your mobile carrier for details.
5. Cancellation/Opt-Out Instructions
You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time. To do so, reply “STOP” to any text message you receive from us. Upon receipt of your opt-out request, Synergy REG will confirm your request and stop sending messages to your number.

7. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Any information collected for our SMS text messaging service will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy at https://synergyregsocal.com/privacy-policy and will not be shared or sold to third parties without your consent.
8. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to participate in our SMS text messaging program.
9. Disclaimer of Liability
Synergy REG is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages due to carrier or network interruptions.

11. Data Rates May Apply
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive one text message per week. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
